Where is the order shipped from?
The shipping location depends on the nature of the object. While some pieces are shipped directly from our main warehouse, others—particularly handcrafted or larger items—are sent straight from our collaborative studio.
To ensure global efficiency and high-quality logistics, we ship from several strategic locations, including the United States, Italy, Spain, and China.
US customers: All customs duties and import taxes are covered by us.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes for my international order?
It depends on your shipping destination:
- USA: We have good news! For all orders shipped to the United States, we cover all import duties and taxes. You will not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
- Other non-EU countries: For orders shipped outside the European Union (except the USA), any import duties, local taxes (such as VAT), and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities.
