Shipping Timelines
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Delivered within 7-10 days from the date of order confirmation.
- Customized & Made-to-Order Items: Require 1-2 weeks for production, followed by an additional 7-10 days for delivery.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before finalizing the order. Any additional customs duties or import taxes for international shipments shall be borne by the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress. vessel object is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. On average, international delivery takes 12-15 days.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. vessel object is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Issues & Damages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery at info@vesselobject.com.
To open a damage claim, we require all relevant images (the item, the outer box, and the shipping label) as specified in our Return Policy. Claims for lost shipments will be processed in coordination with the logistics provider.
